Israel Day 8

Today was the last day of the Jerusalem World Gathering and I am wiped. It was an absolutely amazing experience and I was so glad I had the opportunity to participate in it.

As well as participating in the general and youth meetings I had the privledge of serving as an intercessor and on the photography team. I got to see the God move in incredibly powerful ways as the recurring theme of life was declared into the land and a tremendous amount of healing took place between the Arab and Messianic Jewish believers for wounds which stretch back generations to the times of Issac and Ishmael.

It was very tiring with the go go nature of a gathering, but I was glad to have such a tremendous opportunity to meet so many new people from around the world. I also spoke more French in the past week than the past two years combined as I got to meet with many québécois from Montreal as well.

Amidst it all I had the chance to return to the Mehada Yehuda (hope I got that right) Market, where I spent a lot of my time when I was here two years ago. They have amazing food and you can be totally immersed in the culture! It still remains as one of my favourite places in Israel! I even got to have my favourite juice ever, of which I haven’t had since I was last here, Apple Pomegranate Cyan, sweet and spicy.
